It's spring here in Lafayette, Louisiana which means April showers bring May *more flowers. The Big Easel is scheduled for Saturday April 14 from 9-5. The town is a buzz in anticipation. It truly is an amazing day for the entire Lafayette community, it is a testament to the unique personality of this wonderful city. So many people come out to support all of the wildly talented local artists. I feel blessed to be a part of the festivities. All of the artists are looking ahead at the weather... 100% chance of rain is looking like the date will push to the next weekend... April 21!! I am looking forward to sharing this body of work I have been creating... I look forward to seeing what a few of my favorite local artists have been up to and I am looking forward to seeing everyone who makes it out to play, support and celebrate the arts!!
